As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for maintaining clients portfolio on a daily basis. You will prepare all daily and month end portfolio and fund accounting workpapers including ensuring that all trade activity has been properly posted and all activity and positions are reconciled. You must have a foundation in the investment security industry with exposure to multiple investment types. Some knowledge of hedge fund accounting or mutual funds is required. Experience in partnership allocations, performance calculations, incentive fee allocations, on shore and offshore funds preferred but isn't necessary. Must have 2 years of solid accounting, not just A/P or A/R. Also background in Financial Statement Preparations/Review. Bloomberg and Microsoft Office required. BA in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
