Answering phones, proofreading, arranging travel, typing itineraries, completing expense reports, maintaining travel logs, copy work, assembling mailings, writing letters, memos, reports, maintaining office files, calendaring, setting up appointments, scheduling and arranging client visits, greeting visitors, processing daily mail and maintaining office supply inventory.
Other knowledge, abilities and skills
Minimum 40 wpm typing with high rate of accuracy, excellent English grammar and spelling skills, fast and accurate proofreading ability, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and must be detail oriented.
