Business Development Manager

- Major account management experience working with Global Tier 1/Tier 2 OEM or mobile product/service companies
- Technical degree (Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, Science etc) 2:1 (or above)
This role is for a Business Development professional who can demonstrate experience and success in managing executive level relationships with large global corporations, whilst proactively driving and developing business growth in new accounts. The individual must be able to prove himself / herself to be a driving force in forming senior strategic relationships with these accounts.
Key Tasks
- Communicate the company's value proposition to key senior stakeholders for each target audience
- Proactively and strategically drive value for the company and our Ecosystem accounts.
- Manage the development of and sustain relationships with key Ecosystem accounts
- Coordinate or facilitate all necessary departmental communications between the companies
- Proactive resolution of customer satisfaction issues.
- Proactive management of known and potential operational or strategic issues
- Manage or participate in a number of cross functional initiatives designed to increase both customer satisfaction and volume shipments
- Get involved with and lead contractual negotiations
