Develop cost estimates and provide preconstruction services to help clients in defining project scope and cost. Lead the team to accomplish goals for customer service and quality. Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration between departments. Top candidates must be able to meet critical deadlines. Candidates must have good communication skills both verbally and in written form and be able to maintain positive working relationships internally and externally. A minimum of 5 years in construction industry and a college degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of construction management, blueprints and plans and contract administration. Working knowledge of MS Office, MSProjects,Timberline Estimating and Prolog preferred.
