Is there a fee to registering with your company as a direct-hire applicant or temporary employee?

Quite simply, No. There is no fee to the employee at any time.

As a potential candidate, what are my first steps?

Contact us via telephone, in person or email and get us your resume a.s.a.p. After that, there is a quick application to fill out and get back to us. Follow up requires an interview. If an onsite interview is not possible, a telephone interview can be arranged. An onsite interview is always preferred, but we do make exceptions.

Do you have training for temporary employees?

Yes, we have in house as well as internet tutorials. Training and testing is free of charge to our applicants.

Do you have an office in San Francisco?

We moved our headquarters to San Ramon, CA in 2006. We were located in San Francisco for 18 years. We continue to do business there as well as Oakland and the Greater Bay Area.

I noticed on your home page, Joan Boragine the CEO is President of California Staffing Professionals. What does that mean?

Danville resident Joan Boragine, CEO of J. Boragine & Associates recently opened a San Ramon office at the Bishop Ranch Business Park after eighteen years in San Francisco. Joan's twenty-eight years in temporary and direct hire staffing has culminated in her election to State President of California Staffing Professionals, a statewide trade association. California has over 300 members and 43 industry partners making it the largest state chapter in the American Staffing Association, the national organization.
