Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced technical training preferred.

Enjoy troubleshooting? Resolving problems? How about researching and testing solutions to software, hardware and PDAs? This job opportunity allows you to express your demonstrated ability to interact with end users in a law firm. You will also be collaborating with other members of the IT department. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a loaner pool of laptops, cell phones, PDAs and projectors. Law firm experience very much preferred.
