Licensed Architect with Resort and Hotel Experience Needed

This large architectural firm recognized for its award winning architectural , interior designs and planning services is currently looking for a licensed architect with 10 to 20 years experience with both urban and resort style experience.

The chosen candidate must be comfortable running projects both independently and as a team and must have experience with Architectural programming, project design development, construction document production, construction administration, site analysis, consultant coordination, client interaction, budgeting, and scheduling.

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. of Architecture and 10+ years experience
Architectural License registration is a plus
Must be very technically oriented with Theme Parks, Resorts and/or Hospitality
Design experience is essential
