5+ years of automated litigation support experience
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of automated litigation support experience. Must have well rounded technical knowledge (hardware, software, Internet and other technical electronic products); solid database knowledge and thorough understanding of databases, data types, data conversions, image types and viewers, scanning, OCR; suitable document production knowledge as it pertains to litigation; ability to interface with staff, attorneys, vendors, and experts; familiarity with all phases of discovery and trial; familiarity with Concordance a must. Occasional travel required. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.

The Litigation Project Specialist provides automated support to the Firm's litigation attorneys, paralegals, staff and clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develops litigation support materials, including presentation materials
Assists attorneys and paralegals with electronic productions
Implements automated procedures for document productions and overall case management with aim of standardizing procedures while adding any customization required for specific matters
Develops and maintains litigation support databases and knowledge management systems
Coordinates database loads from vendors
Provides ongoing LS user support
